This barrette is made from Rhodoïd, a high-quality cellulose acetate made from cotton in Italy. In a complex process, it is pressed into blocks, coloured and then processed into unique hair accessories in France in over ten steps.

Our hair jewellery is largely made from biodegradable raw materials and is produced under fair conditions in Germany, France, Austria and Portugal. In contrast to mass production in Asia, we attach great importance to short transport routes in order to minimise CO₂ emissions and guarantee the highest manufacturing standards.

Packaging & shipping

When packaging our products, we strive for a balance between transport safety and sustainability. That's why we only use recycled paper, cardboard and biodegradable packaging material. Each barrette is carefully wrapped in a cotton bag or tissue paper and safely prepared for shipping.
