Our hair-cutting combs are crafted from finely grained fruitwood and hardwoods sourced from sustainable, regional forestry in Germany. Experience accumulated over generations ensures the highest quality in both the processing of the wood and the manufacture of our combs. This is underpinned by a meticulous production process comprising 20 individual steps, which guarantees smooth surfaces and soft edges.

When choosing a hair-cutting comb, pay attention to the spacing between the teeth. Narrow spacing is suitable for fine, short hair. The curlier and longer your hair is, the wider the spacing between the teeth should be.

As the wood grain of our combs always varies, each of these charming items is a little one-of-a-kind piece.

Care instructions

Avoid prolonged contact with water. Wash the comb at regular intervals with a mild, silicone-free shampoo or mild soap, rinse under clean water and then rub dry immediately. Applying a natural oil such as olive oil or beeswax balm will optimise care and give the comb’s surface a shine.

Packaging and dispatch

When packaging our products, we strive to strike a reliable balance between transport safety and sustainability. We therefore use only recycled paper, cardboard boxes, eco-friendly packing tape and cotton bags made from naturally renewable raw materials. Each item is carefully wrapped in a cotton bag, tissue paper or kraft paper, then securely packed into a cardboard box and prepared for dispatch.

It is essential to us that our products are manufactured under humane conditions, from the sourcing of raw materials right through to the finished product. Our geographical proximity allows us to gain a more detailed insight into the individual areas and significantly reduces transport distances, enabling us to make a huge contribution to reducing CO₂ emissions and protecting the environment.

Our products and their packaging are made predominantly from biodegradable raw materials sourced from sustainable agriculture. As our products are manufactured in Germany, France, Austria and Portugal, we can fully guarantee compliance with EU environmental standards, unlike products manufactured in Asia.
