We believe that the use of customer tracking is not only ethically unacceptable, but also poses potential risks to the security of our customers’ personal data. We have therefore made a conscious decision not to use customer tracking and also do not use any kind of voluntary or optional cookies.

Protecting our customers’ privacy and respecting their purchasing behaviour are fundamental principles at Redwood. This also means that our customers’ data is stored securely with us and is not passed on to third parties such as search engines and social networks (Google, Meta & Co). At Redwood, we regard our customers’ purchasing behaviour as a private matter, guided by their individual needs and preferences. It should not be monitored, tracked or even analysed in order to encourage increased purchasing.
