Boar bristles have a similar structure to human hair and are therefore able to absorb excess sebum from the hair roots and distribute it right through to the ends whilst you brush. This acts as a natural hair treatment and gives your hair a healthy shine.

Care instructions
Our Redwood brush cleaner makes it easy to remove lint and trapped hair from between the bristles. Clean the hairbrush from time to time using a mild, silicone-free shampoo or mild soap and warm water, then rinse it under cold water.

Wipe the wooden handle dry with a soft cloth and leave the brush to dry standing on its bristles. Regularly oiling it with a natural oil such as linseed oil or olive oil nourishes the wood and also protects it from moisture.
