As the structure of the plant fibres from the Sial agave is similar to that of human hair, the bristles are able to absorb excess sebum from the hair follicles and distribute it right through to the ends of the hair. Care instructions
Only use the brush on dry hair. Use a redwood brush cleaner to remove lint and loose hairs from between the bristles, and clean the brush regularly with a mild shampoo and warm water. Rinse the brush under cold water, rub the wooden handle dry and leave it to dry standing on its bristles.
Regularly oiling them with a natural oil such as linseed oil or olive oil protects and nourishes the wood.
