How to use the hair claw
Due to its size, the very large Paris hair claw is ideal for thick and long hair as well as for elaborate updos. The oval-curved prongs of the hair claw grip your hair gently and securely, while the smooth surface texture and softly rounded edges ensure a high level of comfort even when used for long periods of time.
Thanks to its shape, the very large Paris hair claw is perfect for securing updos and buns and looks beautiful in both light and dark hair. By releasing individual strands around the face, you can transform the classic, elegant look into a casual, feminine style and change your hairstyle to suit any occasion.
The very large Paris hair claw is made from high-quality Rhodoïd cellulose acetate - Rhodoïd for short. We use a patented elastic band instead of the classic metal spring for this hair claw, which makes it particularly stable, robust and hair-friendly.
Rhodoïd is a sheet material made from cotton in Italy. The dyed cotton is pressed into blocks in selected color combinations and then cut into individual slices. In an elaborate process, these slices are turned into enchanting hair accessories such as the Paris hair claw.
For us at Redwood, it is a matter close to our hearts to offer stylish, sustainable and long-lasting products. That is why we have relied exclusively on high-quality materials and clean craftsmanship in the production of this hair claw. The result is a long-lasting product that is comfortable to wear.
Packaging and shipping
When packaging our products, we strive for a reliable balance between transportation safety and sustainability. This is why we only use recycled paper, cardboard, environmentally friendly packing tape and cotton bags made from naturally renewable raw materials. Each item is carefully wrapped in a cotton bag, tissue paper or kraft paper and then securely packed in a box and made ready for dispatch.
Fair Trade hair claw
Fair trade is not just fundamental for us, it's a matter of course! That is why we have opted for suitable factories in Europe rather than low-cost production in Asia or Eastern Europe.
It is essential for us that our products are manufactured under humane conditions, from the extraction of raw materials to the end product. The geographical proximity enables us to gain a closer insight into the individual areas and creates significantly shorter transport routes, so that we contribute to an immense reduction in CO₂ emissions and to the benefit of the environment.
Our hair claws and their packaging are largely made from biodegradable raw materials that come from sustainable agriculture. By producing in Germany, France, Austria and Portugal, we can fully guarantee compliance with EU environmental standards compared to products produced in Asia.
