Material

Rhodoïd cellulose acetate is a sheet material produced in Italy from cotton. These sheets are first dyed and then pressed into blocks in selected colour combinations. The blocks are then cut into individual discs. In a labour-intensive process, these slices are transformed into enchanting hair ornaments and hair accessories.

Our barrettes and their packaging are made predominantly from biodegradable raw materials sourced from sustainable agriculture. As our products are manufactured in Germany, France, Austria and Portugal, we can fully guarantee compliance with EU environmental standards, unlike products manufactured in Asia.
