14-day returns policy
The trust of our customers is very important to us. That is why, as a customer, you have a 14-day right of return, during which you can try out our products. If you are not satisfied with an item, we will of course accept the return and refund the purchase price immediately upon receipt of your returned goods. Please contact us by email if you wish to make a return.

Two-year guarantee
When you purchase one of our items, we provide a two-year guarantee, during which we will repair or replace any faulty items. Simply contact us by email or via the contact form and we will deal with your enquiry straight away: Contact form

Cookie banner
As you will no doubt have noticed, there are no cookie banners in our shop. This is simply because we consistently reject advertising tracking, as is common practice in many other shops or marketplaces. It is important to us that you, as a customer, can shop with us without having to worry that your cookie data will be passed on to third parties for marketing purposes.

PayPal Buyer Protection
If, despite all our efforts, you would like additional payment security, we recommend that you pay for your purchase via PayPal. With every PayPal payment, you automatically benefit from PayPal Buyer Protection, which covers you for an unlimited amount. We will, of course, cover the PayPal fees. To date, we have not had a single instance where PayPal Buyer Protection has had to be invoked. Nevertheless, we are pleased to be able to offer you this service to make your shopping experience at Redwood Fashion even more worry-free.
