Material

Rhodoïd is a sheet material made from cotton in Italy. The cotton is dyed and pressed into blocks featuring a wide variety of colour patterns. Slices are cut from these blocks, which are then further processed in France in over ten stages to create enchanting hair jewellery and hair accessories. The Rhodoïd hair accessory, which is produced using a complex process that is partly carried out by hand, therefore offers the following advantages over machine-produced plastic injection-moulded items:
