Our hair accessories are made from natural and sustainably sourced materials such as Rhodoïd cellulose acetate, natural horn and real wood. These materials are environmentally friendly and durable, enabling us to avoid the use of harmful plastics and help conserve resources.
From the choice of materials right through to the packaging, sustainability is reflected in every stage of production. Our packaging is made from recycled materials and is completely free of plastics. We deliberately avoid unnecessary padding to keep the volume as low as possible, and use solvent-free packing tape from the Tesa® ecoLogo® range. This ensures that our products reach you safely and in an environmentally friendly way.
Deliveries are made in an environmentally friendly way via DHL GoGreen, which means that CO₂ emissions are offset through climate protection projects. With every REDWOOD product, you are making a small but important contribution to a more sustainable future.
Quality
REDWOOD is committed to quality, based on durable materials and European craftsmanship. Our materials come from Europe – particularly Germany, France and Austria – and every product is handcrafted to ensure the highest standards. Thanks to the high-quality craftsmanship of our accessories, we can guarantee exceptional durability and timeless beauty.
However, our quality guarantee goes even further: REDWOOD offers a 2-year guarantee on all products, which goes far beyond the standard. Should your accessory become damaged during this period, you can simply send it in for repair rather than throwing it away. Even after the warranty period has expired, we offer a repair service so that you can continue to enjoy your accessories and avoid having to dispose of them unnecessarily. For us, quality is not just a promise, but a commitment.
Fairness
Our products are manufactured in Europe under fair working conditions – a far cry from mass production, which often takes place in Asian factories with little regard for working conditions or environmental protection. At REDWOOD, we are committed to fair wages, ethical standards and avoiding mass production. This responsible manufacturing not only creates jobs in the region but also significantly reduces CO₂ emissions thanks to shorter transport routes.
