Wooden styling comb for short to medium-length, straight hair

This versatile styling comb is made from high-quality wood and features an exceptionally smooth surface. It also has two different tooth widths – 0.8 mm and 1.6 mm – allowing it to be adapted to different hair types and lengths. The wider teeth are particularly suitable for thick, short and medium-length hair. The finer teeth are particularly beneficial for caring for fine, short and straight hair.

The gently rounded teeth allow both damp and dry hair to be combed through gently, without putting unnecessary strain on the hair structure. At the same time, they provide a gentle scalp massage that stimulates blood circulation and thus supports healthy hair growth. Thanks to its natural composition, the styling comb has anti-static properties that prevent the hair from becoming charged and static.

Material

Our hair combs are made exclusively from finely grained fruitwood and hardwoods sourced from sustainable, regional forestry in Germany. Experience gathered over generations enables us to achieve the highest quality in the processing of the wood and the manufacture of our combs. This is based on a complex manufacturing process comprising 20 individual steps, in which the sanding and rounding of the comb teeth are of particular importance.

When choosing a styling comb, pay attention to the spacing between the teeth. Narrow spacing is suitable for fine, short hair. The curlier and longer your hair is, the wider the spacing between the teeth should be.

As the wood grain of our hair combs always varies, each of these charming items is a little one-of-a-kind piece.

Care instructions

Avoid prolonged contact with water. Wash the comb at regular intervals using a mild, silicone-free shampoo or mild soap, rinse under running water and then dry it thoroughly straight away. Applying a natural oil such as olive oil or beeswax balm optimises care, gives the surface of the styling comb a shine and, at the same time, protects it from moisture.

Packaging and dispatch

When packaging our products, we strive to strike a reliable balance between transport safety and sustainability. We therefore use only recycled paper, cardboard boxes, eco-friendly packing tape and cotton bags made from naturally renewable raw materials. Each item is carefully wrapped in a cotton bag, tissue paper or kraft paper, then securely packed into a cardboard box and prepared for dispatch.

It is essential to us that our products are manufactured under humane conditions, from the sourcing of raw materials right through to the finished product. Our geographical proximity allows us to gain a more detailed insight into the individual areas of production and significantly reduces transport distances, enabling us to make a huge contribution to reducing CO₂ emissions and protecting the environment.

Our products and their packaging are made predominantly from biodegradable raw materials sourced from sustainable agriculture. As our products are manufactured in Germany, France, Austria and Portugal, we can fully guarantee compliance with EU environmental standards, unlike products manufactured in Asia.
