This handle comb has a tooth width of 1.6 mm and is ideal for caring for medium-length, straight or wavy hair. Made from 100% natural materials, this real wood comb is characterised by its elasticity, durability and anti-static properties.

The handle comb features a wide, curved handle and soft, rounded edges. This makes it extremely comfortable to hold, even with daily use, and ensures a comfortable grooming experience. The precisely rounded teeth have gently rounded tips, allowing them to glide particularly gently through your hair whilst providing a soothing scalp massage.

Thanks to the smooth surface of the handle comb, combing damp hair is also extremely comfortable. It is important to comb from the bottom up to loosen tangles more easily and avoid unpleasant tugging.

Material

Our combs are made exclusively from finely grained fruit woods and hardwoods sourced from sustainable, regional forestry in Germany. Experience accumulated over generations enables us to achieve the highest quality in the processing of the wood and the manufacture of our combs. This is based on a complex manufacturing process comprising 20 individual steps, in which the sanding and rounding of the comb teeth are of particular importance.

When choosing a comb, pay attention to the spacing between the teeth. Narrow spacing is suitable for fine, short hair. The curlier and longer your hair is, the wider the spacing between the teeth should be.

As the wood grain of our wooden-handled combs always varies, each of these charming items is a little one-of-a-kind piece.

Care instructions

Avoid prolonged contact with water. Wash the comb at regular intervals using a mild, silicone-free shampoo or mild soap, rinse under running water and then dry it thoroughly straight away. Applying a natural oil such as olive oil or beeswax balm optimises care, gives the surface of the styling comb a shine and, at the same time, protects it from moisture.

Packaging and dispatch

When packaging our products, we strive to strike a reliable balance between transport safety and sustainability. We therefore use only recycled paper, cardboard boxes, eco-friendly packing tape and cotton bags made from naturally renewable raw materials. Each item is carefully wrapped in a cotton bag, tissue paper or kraft paper, then securely packed into a cardboard box and prepared for dispatch.

It is essential to us that our products are manufactured under humane conditions, from the sourcing of raw materials right through to the finished product. Our geographical proximity allows us to gain a more detailed insight into the individual areas and significantly reduces transport distances, enabling us to make a huge contribution to reducing CO₂ emissions and protecting the environment.

Our products and their packaging are made predominantly from biodegradable raw materials sourced from sustainable agriculture. As our products are manufactured in Germany, France, Austria and Portugal, we can fully guarantee compliance with EU environmental standards, unlike products manufactured in Asia.
