A small barrette made from Italian natural resin, also known as Rhodoïd, in the ‘Milan’ colour pattern. A patented clasp ensures a particularly secure hold. The ‘Milan’ colour pattern shimmers in various shades and resembles black mother-of-pearl. This gives it a very elegant appearance.

Material

Rhodoïd is a sheet material made from cotton in Italy. The cotton is dyed and pressed into blocks featuring a wide variety of colour patterns. Slices are cut from these blocks and then further processed in France, in over ten stages, to create enchanting hair jewellery and hair accessories.

When packaging our hair jewellery, we strive to strike a reliable balance between transport safety and sustainability. That is why we use only recycled paper and cardboard, as well as eco-friendly packing tape and cotton bags made from naturally renewable raw materials.

Our barrettes and their packaging are made largely from biodegradable raw materials sourced from sustainable agriculture. As our products are manufactured in Germany, France, Austria and Portugal, we can fully guarantee compliance with EU environmental standards, unlike products manufactured in Asia.
