Material

Our hand-crafted combs are made in Germany from finely grained fruit woods and hardwoods sourced from sustainable, regional forestry. We place the utmost importance on quality and sustainability, both in the selection of raw materials and in the production process.

An elaborate manufacturing process comprising a total of 20 steps ensures rounded edges and gives the comb an extremely pleasant feel. The ergonomically shaped handle ensures comfortable hair care, even with regular use. Thanks to the exclusive use of natural materials, the comb is naturally flexible, sturdy and anti-static.

When choosing a wide-toothed comb, pay attention to the spacing between the teeth. The longer and curlier your hair is, the wider the teeth and the greater the spacing should be. Narrow spacing is suitable for fine, short hair.

As the wood grain of the combs always varies, each of these charming items is a little one-of-a-kind piece.

Care instructions

Avoid prolonged contact with water. Wash the comb at regular intervals using a mild, silicone-free shampoo or mild soap, rinse under clean water and then rub dry immediately. Applying a natural oil such as olive oil or beeswax balm optimises care, gives the surface of the styling comb a shine and, at the same time, protects it from moisture.

Packaging and dispatch

When packaging our products, we strive to strike a reliable balance between transport safety and sustainability. We therefore use only recycled paper, cardboard boxes, eco-friendly packing tape and cotton bags made from naturally renewable raw materials. Each item is carefully wrapped in a cotton bag, tissue paper or kraft paper, then securely packed into a cardboard box and prepared for dispatch.

It is essential to us that our products are manufactured under humane conditions, from the sourcing of raw materials right through to the finished product. Our geographical proximity allows us to gain a more detailed insight into the individual areas and significantly reduces transport distances, enabling us to make a huge contribution to reducing CO₂ emissions and protecting the environment.

Our products and their packaging are made predominantly from biodegradable raw materials sourced from sustainable agriculture. As our products are manufactured in Germany, France, Austria and Portugal, we can fully guarantee compliance with EU environmental standards, unlike products manufactured in Asia.
