This hair accessory is made from high-quality olive wood. It is beautifully crafted, with smooth surfaces and no sharp edges that could damage the hair.
To ensure you can enjoy this hair accessory for a long time to come, our wooden items are finished with natural linseed oil (free from chemical additives). This not only highlights the beautiful wood grain, but also gives the hair accessory its natural sheen and protects the olive wood from moisture. As the wood grain of these hair accessories always varies, each one is a unique little piece.

Packaging and dispatch

When packaging our products, we strive to strike a reliable balance between transport safety and sustainability. We therefore use only recycled paper and cardboard, as well as eco-friendly packing tape and cotton bags made from naturally renewable raw materials.

For us, Fair Trade isn’t just fundamental – it goes without saying! That’s why we’ve chosen suitable factories in Europe rather than opting for cheap manufacturing in Asia or Eastern Europe.

It is essential to us that our products are manufactured under humane conditions, from the sourcing of raw materials right through to the finished product. Our geographical proximity allows us to gain a more detailed insight into the individual areas and significantly reduces transport distances, enabling us to make a huge contribution to reducing CO₂ emissions and protecting the environment.

Our barrettes and their packaging are made predominantly from biodegradable raw materials sourced from sustainable agriculture. As our products are manufactured in Germany, France, Austria and Portugal, we can fully guarantee compliance with EU environmental standards, unlike products manufactured in Asia.
